Sean Fitz - Founder - U.S.M.C. Veteran - Executive Protection Specialist

I’m Sean Fitz — a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, executive protection specialist, and the founder of Anchor Point. I spent over nine years in the Marine Corps working in aviation ordnance, tactical operations, and safety oversight. I led Marines through high-risk, no fail missions, managed weapons systems, and carried the kind of responsibility that forges discipline and trust under pressure. But when I got out, I realized that no amount of training prepares you for the silence that follows service. I faced my own battles — the loss of brotherhood, loss brothers due to suicide, the weight of isolation, addiction and the struggle to find purpose again. That period tested everything I thought I knew about strength. But it also lit a fire. Out of that darkness, Anchor Point was born — a place built for veterans to reconnect, rebuild, and rediscover meaning in life after the uniform.

Today, I bring the same mindset I used in operations and in executive protection work — attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a commitment to those I serve — into everything Anchor Point stands for. Through community events, outreach, and wellness initiatives, I’ve made it my mission to give back what we all deserve: connection, purpose, and brotherhood.

For me, this isn’t just a mission — it’s personal.

“The Silence After Service is Loud. We Answer It.”

Gilbert Carrasco - Co Founder - C.O.O.

I am the proud son of a Vietnam veteran — a purple heart recipient whose courage on the battlefield was matched only by the quiet battles he faced when he came home. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the invisible wounds of PTSD and the uphill struggle my father endured to receive the support he had earned. Watching him navigate that system, often alone, left a lasting mark on me. It opened my eyes to how many veterans carry their service with them long after their uniforms are hung up, and how many go without the aid they deserve.

For over 15 years, I worked in the executive protection field, dedicating myself to ensuring the safety and well-being of others. That experience sharpened my sense of duty, discipline, and compassion, values my father instilled in me. Today, I channel those same values into helping veterans and their families access the care, benefits, and respect that should never be out of reach.

My mission is simple: to honor my father’s legacy by standing up for those who once stood for us.
